What you'll doAs a Solution Consultant, you are a member of the Adobe Sales organization in a presales role. The Solution Consulting team supports ourdirect sales organization by demonstrating and pointing out the value of Adobe and our solutions. As an Expert for our Customer Journey Management solutions (primarily Adobe Journey Optimizer) you are supporting the sales teams on how to improve the benefit for our clients. Acting as a reliable consultant for the customer, you are responsible to understand their business needs and the landscape of their organization and translate this into specific solutions and reliable business cases that will help the customer pursue and achieve their financial targets.This is what you need to get startedYou are an authority when it comes to everything related to Customer Journeys, Campaign Management or Marketing Automation and the related use cases are your home turf. You are passionate about leveraging data from any channel to deliver real-time personalized communication across the customer journey based on true 360-degree customer views. You have a strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies that helps you to position Adobe Journey Optimizer at customers across various industries.Ideally, you will blend a technical and digital marketing background with a good eye for presentation and compelling software demonstrations. Of course, you are also confident to discuss our solutions and technology with both Marketing and IT executives at all levels.What you need to succeed:• Exceptional presentation skills, conversational skills, and client-facing experience as a trusted advisor for the practitioner as well as C-level counterparts• Expert in building and presenting use cases and value propositions• Strong ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solutions• Ability to position valuable contributions to technical features• Expertise with solution selling approaches and benefits• Familiarity with business objectives of big corporations (DAX 30)• Ability to conduct and complete customer workshops• Strong verbal and writing skills in English & German at a business level• Ability to travel throughout Central European RegionYour experience:• Expertise with SaaS and cloud-based technologies and their implications• Experienced with demonstrations of software solutions to customer's requirements and benefits• Previous experience with campaign management, customer journeys and cross-channel marketing• An excellent understanding of digital technologies in general e.g. web, mobile, CRM, media destinations, email, onsitepersonalization, IoT• (Ideally) experience from working with the Adobe Experience Cloud or at least one of its solutionsAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
