If you're passionate, forward-thinking, driven and if working with technical people across countries sounds exciting, this job is for you.Nvidia is looking for Senior HR & Recruiting Specialist to provide HR and administrative support, own new initiatives within recruiting, HR & Wellbeing, and to support the business growth of our NVIDIA employees based in the Palestinian Authority, at Rawabi, Nabulus and Hebron sites.What You'll Be Doing: Be the focal point for all queries from employees and line managers regarding Nvidia human resources policies and procedures, Support employees by providing end-to-end HR solutions.Provide administrative services including: Health insurance benefits and policies and all employee documentation according to local legislation.Ensure legal compliance by leading and implementing applicable state official requirements.Lead wellbeing activities for all employees in the region: Events, personal contact with employees, team events, contact with local suppliers for employer branding and benefits, wellbeing payments, logistic and etc.Own the recruitment process for multiple and various positions with an emphasis on ramping up our pipelines using sourcing techniques, local sourcing channels and Social Media platforms.Provide Local support for new employees' onboarding process.What We Need To See:5+ years of experience in a similar role in a high scale company.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a human resource related area.Knowledge in local HR methodologies, recruitment channels and labor laws.Familiar with labor/compliance laws and cultural nuances within the region.Experience in hiring talents and knowledge in Social Media platforms.Experience in HR support & wellbeing activities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.Professional HR personality with "Get things done" approach, organized, creative and independent, High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Workday ATS experienceProficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Master’s degreeNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
