This individual will carry out a wide variety of services as needed to support the legal team under the supervision of the team’s attorneys, including, but not limited to, managing corporate subsidiary or foreign registration filings, performing contract review, supporting contract signature process, and generally ensuring that Plug Power remains in compliance with federal and state legal regulations. This individual will be involved in research projects and will be responsible for policy work and process improvements.
