We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous analyst to be a part of our Developer Business Operations team. You will be responsible for the precise execution of day-to-day operations of our global developer grant programs and using data-driven insights to streamline processes, drive collaboration and fuel informed decisions to support the Developer Marketing organizational strategies, reliability, excellence, and growth. If so, we can’t wait to talk to you!What you’ll be doing:Working with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA's hardware access programsDesigning and implementing solutions for program management, including grant delivery to recipients, data tracking, analysis, and reportingInterfacing directly with prospective or enrolled developers to connect them to the right resources, explain program benefits, and triage any issues they may be experiencing.Driving efficient budget tracking to ensure we’re delivering exceptional value from program investmentsActively measuring key performance indicators, carefully monitoring trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve our programs and processesCrafting documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalabilitySupporting general business operations including data analysis, reporting, and analytics from various data sourcesWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher with 3+ years of demonstrated business analyst or project management experience at a technology company or academic institutionYou are strategic, hands-on, and detailed with the ability to solve problems independentlyProven experience using a mix of analytical, technical, and operational skills to partner with internal and external customers.Strong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrity. Able to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement.Consistent track record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible resultsSuperb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilitiesWays to stand out from the crowd:Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.Experience driving successful academic-industry partnershipsPMP or other Project/Program Management CertificationPassion for bringing the latest resources in AI, 3D, and scientific computing to new users such as students, underrepresented communities, and emerging marketsWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers; we have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unparalleled growth, our best-in-class teams are rapidly growing.The base salary range is 84,000 USD - 166,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
