Software Engineering Intern

As a Software Engineering Intern, the candidate will be responsible to develop tools, services to build the driving scenario tests and qualify the Autonomous Vehicle software stack on the cloud before it can be deployed to the real car. We are looking for Interns who are passionate to craft and develop the tools and infrastructure to speedup the AV software qualification.What you'll be doing:Create the tools & frameworks to implement the behavioral tests for driving scenarios of Autonomous Vehicles software.Embed in Autonomous Vehicle teams and cloud platform teams and understand AV needs on a technical level.Craft solutions for the next generation of software development and debugging platformsShowcase your creativity and technical excellence to realize the future of self-driving cars!Algorithms and data structuresPrinciples of parallel computingPython/GoLang programming languagesWhat we need to see:Strong academic backgroundPursuing M. tech/BTech in Computer Science or E&CGood understanding of programming languages and processor architecture and Operating System Fundamentals.Knowledge of distributed system and autonomous vehicle is a plusStrong python programming skillsCandidates should have a solid background in:Ways to stand out from the crowd:Exposure in autonomous vehicles' domain, standards, and processes.Distributed system, design skills and ETL mechanism in distributed systemUnderstanding of Docker and orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.Passion to collaborate and build supporting development infrastructure like CI/CD and DevOps.Good communications skills and ability and desire to work as a teammate are a must.
