We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team to partner with and support our Developer Engagement business. You will understand their strategic goals, optimize our Salesforce platform to drive business growth and efficiency, and be responsible for crafting, building, and maintaining strategic solutions. This is a hands-on technical role that requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and integration methodologies. What you’ll be doing:Designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, high-quality solutions, including resolving technical issues and mitigating technical debt. Analyzing opportunities to optimize or automate processes to improve the overall operational stability of the system. Collaborating with team members and internal customers to clarify requirements during sprint refinement sessions and sprint build activities. Facilitating code reviews, and maintaining standard code structure, security, and stability. Authoring detailed design documents, including technical and functional specifications. Acting as a mentor to the team by fostering a culture that promotes technical growth and continuous innovation. What we need to see: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Developer, including relevant technologies: Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities), and 3+ years experience as a Developer or Software Engineer using modern object-oriented languages (Java, Python, Ruby, C#, C++, etc.).Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP, and RESTful APIs. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (II is highly desirable). Expert understanding of Salesforce “Well-Architected” methodology, data modeling, integration patterns, code versioning, continuous integration, and deployment. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, and DevOps tools (AutoRABIT). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Additional Salesforce Certifications such as Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant. Familiarity with NVIDIA's Developer Ecosystem, including our programs, products, and partners. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
