Content Operations Specialist, CEE MarketingDescription -ResponsibilitiesApplies subject matter expertise to gather and use insights, trends, data, persona and customer journeys to audit existing content to highlight and fill gaps.Collaborates with campaign managers and applies advanced oversight to editorial calendarDesigns and executes initiative flow to map out an overview of how the content flows across the total initiative, including nurture tools and initiatives.Aligns global NPI content with market distribution channels, incl hp owned and partner-driven; close collaboration with channel and trade marketing on HP content adoptionCreates CRM communication strategy and partners with Martech and Campaigns manager on executionExperiments with AI-infused content for Growth loops both in B2B and B2C in a close partnership with Growth leadsManages relationships with assigned agencies relevant for content creationRepresenting CEE marketing in global content-related meetingsKnowledge & SkillsDeveloped subject matter knowledge working with HP CMP and DAM solutions and Marketing automation tools e.g. Eloqua.
