You will be responsible for automation programs in worldwide end to end configuration services deployment. This role has daily operational deliverables. Flexibility to participate across time zone meetings is a must. Good and effective communication skills to interface with worldwide stakeholders is a must. The position is directly involved with the installation, configuration and qualification of images. This person participates on cross-functional teams to assist in the design and delivery of technology services. The position requires excellent problem definition and resolution skills, is a self-engaged, self-motivated personality that sees change as an opportunity.If you are our <Project Manager / Scrum Master> in < India >, you will have a chance to Responsibilities · Manages and executes a program involving cross-functional project teams to drive the engineering development and delivery. · Partners with both internal stakeholders and external partners across the Software ecosystem. · The person should run sprint planning, understand requirements from product owners and UX teams, get timelines from engineering teams, and be able to track the project status and publish the weekly progress to the management. · Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. · Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal developmentpartners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule. · Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules. Requirements: · Bachelors or Masters in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. · 5-7 years of experience in the Software Industry. · 2+ years of experience in poject management. A track record of enabling and improving interactions between agile teams· Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage and track project results. · Experience using the feature or bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.· Able to demonstrate ownership with respect to compliance, privacy and data governance. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – Able to understand product, requirements, and its impact. · Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources. · Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels. · Experience in managing and delivering C# , .net projects / programs· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English.
