You will play a key role in building and deploying data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.You’ll be an active member of the ML team while being part of one of our product teams, working alongside Engineers, Psychologists and other product team members to improve processes and further develop the Machine Learning Engineering codebase.About YouThe perfect candidate will have a background in a technical field, experience working with large text data sets, and cross functional teams to deliver on import initiatives, and have a track record of delivering high-quality NLP solutions on time.Basic Qualifications3+ years of experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or related fieldsStrong programming skills in PythonExperience with LLMs, NLP libraries such as spaCy and/or frameworks like HuggingfaceKnowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms and techniquesExperience with text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysisExperience with data exploration and preprocessing pipelinesOther QualificationsMaster's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience working with LLM- both in production and in a research settingYou know how to establish realistic timelines and scopes to ensure consistent high quality deliveriesUnderstanding of modern data science practices including a focus on code quality and documentationExperience working with a variety of cross-functional peers and partners including data scientists, product managers, engineers, and similar roles.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
