We collaborate with each other, and our scrum teams, as we represent the voice of the customer in shaping a product that has the potential to transform higher education.About the RoleWe are looking for an Inbound Product Manager to join the Student Academic Services team to help us address some of the most fundamental challenges in Higher Education, especially as they relate to our Curriculum Management, Registration, and Academic Advising Products.In this role you will:Work directly with customers to research and understand the diverse problems faced by students and administratorsCreate detailed product specifications to guide your scrum team on the design of the productAct as the nexus for your product– collaborate with developers, UX, Strategy, Services, and product leads across the company to advise on near-term and long-term investmentsAbout YouYou approach problem solving with curiosity, and are willing to consider new ways of solving old problems. You thrive on delivering solutions to critical customer problems that have a high impact on students, and can coordinate and lead complex cross-team initiatives.Basic Qualifications4+ years of related working experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consultant, or Manager of Higher Education Student SystemsOutstanding communication skills with the ability to easily and intuitively adapt content to various types of audiences.An understanding of SaaS Solutions, software product design, UX, and UI, with previous experience building products within an Agile environment.Other QualificationsExperience with Student Information SystemsExperience with Curriculum Management, Registration, and Academic Advising related processes for higher educational institutionsWorkday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
