You will work on the Procurement Systems team within our Procurement Center of Excellence that is responsible building a future-focused outlook, ensure operational excellence, and provide dedicated resources to bring new programs to maturity. Your work as a hands-on a procurement systems manager will have a global impact across the enterprise. You will partner with functional teams to develop detailed business requirements, help create solutions for efficient processes that are designed for scale, and complete systems implementations using Workday’s best-in-class suite of Spend Management products. In this high impact and high visibility role you will also interact with all levels of the organization, exercise effective decision making and consensus building, and shape change at a global scale. Your technical expertise in procurement technology and processes will guide project teams to create extraordinary solutions to their business challenges. You will also use your solid attention to detail and your love for technology and innovation to help drive the system strategy. As a key player on the team, this role will interact with many different aspects of the business including gathering project requirements, creating dynamic solution designs for proposed projects, product feature requests, and assisting in the implementation & adoption of product feature enhancements. You will support various system integrations, business processes, and establish key partnerships across the Global Procurement Organization. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
