Every cGRC workmate contributes by building and managing programs designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) of our customers’ most sensitive data and representing those programs externally via external audits and certifications. The cGRC team serves as a trusted advisor across Workday to help maintain and enhance trust for our customers.Within cGRC, the Cybersecurity Compliance team focuses on leading Workday’s various compliance programs, control frameworks, third party audits, and overall certification strategy. This team works closely with the other cGRC teams supporting governance and risk, and engagement with business partners.About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Compliance is a meaningful part of Workday’s compliance function and will directly manage a team responsible for execution and delivery key technology compliance programs, including SOC1 and SOC2 for a wide variety enterprise cloud applications. You will also play a critical role in managing compliance related interactions with Workday's customers and advising internal business partners on risk and compliance requirements related to the product development lifecycle and other strategic organizational initiatives. Additionally, this leader will help drive the Common Controls Framework approach at Workday to continue our pursuit of additional compliance standards and standardize our control set across our set of compliance programs.As part of the cGRC leadership team, you will also Collaborate regularly with cross functional leadership to address emerging compliance requirements. As a people leader, you will also develop individual and team skills, while providing stretch opportunities to advance the team and provide career development opportunities for team members.About YouBasic Qualifications:10+ years of experience in technology risk and compliance or related role3+ years of people management experience Experience with industry compliance standards as they relate to Software as a Service and Cloud Computing including ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2Audit management experience (auditor-facing or customer-facing)Other Qualifications:Experience with Common Controls Framework to create multiple compliance frameworks Bachelor's degree / equivalent experienceAssist with compliance and audit programs across multiple teams, including operations, security and developmentClearly articulate compliance programs and manage communications with third parties, including customers, partners and vendors, regarding Workday’s operational processes and key controlsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
