As a Brand Marketing Specialist you will partner closely with the cross functional marketing team to help tether our brand to the world of sports through new and innovative marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing marketing operations, supporting marketing activations.
In this role you will have the opportunity to flex your creative side and generate fresh thinking for the team by gathering insights to help inform our marketing and seeding campaigns, across all channels. You’ll also support the development and execution of sports driven marketing campaigns. From working with world-class athletes to launching new products and exclusive drops; you'll work with cross functional teams including social, product and PR to help amplify our brand efforts.
You will also tap into your analytical skills and showcase your abilities on the operational side of marketing. Some of your key tasks will include taking the lead on value analysis of our campaigns and partnerships and helping to articulate the value of key initiatives. You’ll work daily with our external partners on the execution of marketing service deliverables. You’ll also with the manage many of our seeding programs. Additionally, you'll the lead budget management and the processing of invoices.
You will assist with the development of the Beats Sports strategy across the US and other key markets. You’ll bring forth new ideas that will help Beats grow its footprint within key markets and reach new audiences through the lens of sports partnerships. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to build our brand around the globe Be the resident expert in all things sports, share insights about athletes and the sports landscape to help inform marketing plans Manage budgets and invoice processing Support marketing operations across sports, including product seeding efforts Help develop and implement the global marketing strategy across sports and support presentation development Partner with PR to drive coverage for Beats Sports campaigns and initiatives Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify upcoming earned media opportunities for sports talent Develop reports showcasing performance of sports led initiatives and highlighting brand value Description Description 3-5 Years marketing related experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of the global sports landscape
Experience collaborating with multiple partners within a marketing organization such as brand, product teams and channel marketing
Experience with budget management and planning
Experience developing presentations, dashboards and other tools for internal and external share-outs
Proven ability to take findings from executions and implementing for future projects.
Strong presentation skills with an ability to story tell and help drive consensus among a broader team
Strong communicator with a collaborative, positive attitude.
Operate with a high attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $82,100 and $158,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
