Responsibilities:Present Genesys data and analytics technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customersWork hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Genesys data and analytics apps throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementationImmerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry of contact center and experience management SaaS, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position our analytics apps in relation to themCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Saloes to continuously improve Genesys data and analytics apps and marketingRequirements:8+ years direct experience with Genesys Engage Infomart or GCXI or NICE CX Analytics; strong understanding of Contact Center and Customer Experience data and metricsStrong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data engineeringFamiliarity with scripting languages for data engineeringOutstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.Hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analyticsAbility to connect a customer’s specific business problems to Genesys analytics solutionsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SnowflakeExperience with Elastic (ELK stack)Experience with data governance and data management best practices.Experience working with remote engineering teamsFamiliar with software development and project management frameworksExperience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, NICE, Cisco, Avaya, etc.#LI-REMOTE#LI-AC1Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
