As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Workiva, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of recruitment success to assigned client groups across Europe. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, a talent attraction expert and an ongoing talent ambassador for Workiva. As a talent expert in your field, you bring an elevated level of experience in employer branding, DEIB and driving optimal hiring outcomes.This role will have an emphasis on technical recruitment but will also support recruitment for client-facing roles with a commercial emphasis.What You’ll DoDeliver hiring success across assigned clients groups roles across EuropeContribute to a best-in-class candidate experience.Using data and market insights to problem-solve and influence positive hiring outcomesPartner with hiring leaders to continuously elevate their hiring practices and attract the best talent in the marketOwn and/or contribute to elevation projects within the Talent Acquisition organizationFoster an environment of fairness and drive commitment to Workiva’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) principlesPartner internally with the greater HR organization globally to drive people successBe an ongoing talent brand ambassador for Workiva to continuously develop our local and global talent brandWhat You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications4+ years of career experience in a related role in corporate staffing or recruitment Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of career experience and expertisePreferred QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, active listening and interpersonal communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and relationship building skillsSelf-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvementAbility to navigate a high-growth organization and ongoing changeExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to build candidate sourcing projects and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking toolsStrong commitment to DEIB in all aspect of talent attractionStrong commercial acumen Demonstrated capability leading and delivery special projects around employer branding, DEIB and improved hiring outcomesExperience working in a SaaS software or similar technology organizationsDemonstrated capability in recruitment for technical-oriented roles such as Engineering, Product, Technical Support, Technical Accounting, Software Implementation or similar.Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycleExperience working in a digital environment utilizing documents, spreadsheets, file sharing, project and virtual meetings on a daily basis - Google Workspace experience a plusStrong technical capability HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems - experience with Workday a plusWorking Conditions & Travel RequirementsUp to 10% travel for team meetings, onsite training and eventsWorkiva is a digital workplace with a “work where you work best” philosophy offering remote working flexibility.
