Supply Chain Transformation Program DirectorDescription -Supply Chain Transformation Program DirectorHP Supply Chain Transformation and Resilience (SCTR) Organization is dedicated to enabling dynamic, best in class, digital solutions that will accelerate our vision toward becoming a customer-focused, agile, and resilient Supply Chain. SCTR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Director to lead the Dynamic Lead Time Program, a major capability of the Supply Chain Digital Transformation Roadmap. This is a critical role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, a strong background in strategy and project management, as well as a deep experience in Backlog management with our manufacturing & logistic partners.Responsibilities:For HP to deliver a predictable customer experience, investment in foundational capabilities is required along with enhancements to our operating model. The leader will work with SAP and a System Integrator partner to deliver the following capabilities:Publish an accurate delivery date estimate prior to order entry.Provide a delivery date commitment to customers at the time of order placement using ATP/CTP (Available-To-Promise / Capable-To-Promise).Provide Sales with published lead times and alternate configurations to enable them to guide customers to better options.Provide BMS, and Category teams with published lead time informationAlong with these capabilities, the objective is to enable a Flexible BTO/BTS Hybrid Fulfilment Model, across Personal System, Print and Peripherals, providing to the customers some configuration choice points along with a predictable delivery lead time and driving inventory models in line with Service Level Agreement definition.The candidate will:Partner with cross functional Supply Chain organizational leaders to define, prioritize, and deploy these capabilities, working in close collaboration with Planning COE, Order-To-Cash COE and Manufacture COE as well as Sales Ops.Direct and oversee a senior program management team composed ofOverall Program management and MOC LeadATP/CTP Product Owner & ArchitectData Project ManagementWith the goal to ensure end-to-end design across SC solutions supporting business strategy, unified data design, and business objectivesPartner with D&TO / IT organization, SAP, and a System Integrator Partner ensuring the business requirements are defined, the program is delivered on time, and the technical solution supports the business needs.Have developed a strong experience and track recordIn program governance, project Intake, planning, execution, and successful deliveryIn Operations such as Supply Planning and / or Manufacturing / Backlog managementResource capacity planning and allocation across Centers of ExcellenceFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement while leading a team of skilled project managers across the project delivery life cycle.
