Planning Product OwnerDescription -ExpertThe Supply Chain (SC) Plan COE team provides leadership in delivering global planning solutions to planning functions across HP. As a product owner, you will manage transformation and innovation projects across the SC Plan COE Domain for Personal Systems and Hybrid solutions. You will work with Global Business Teams, IT, BI, and Data Intelligence teams to enable solutions that deliver critical capabilities needed to manage planning operations. The Product Owner is an expert in the solution and Supply Chain architecture and helps to define critical capabilities that support the needs of business stakeholders. This involves working with solution architects to understand emerging and new capabilities. The position also requires business acumen in Supply Chain processes and technologies, a strong technical aptitude, attention to details, and an ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Responsibilities:Drive business requirements/user stories including interlock and analysis of new data sourcesEvaluates requirements and proposes technical solution that meet long term architecture objectives.Work with Stakeholders to assess capability gaps and ensure solutions meet business and program goalsDefine and document technical and data flows and cutover plansTranslate technical documentation for business usersDefine testing and validation approach with development teams and define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.Manage platform level testing activities through completionLiaisons between user community and architects/IT groups.Manage communications and Stakeholder updatesKnowledge and skillsStrong business acumen and technical knowledge across Supply Chain functionsProficiency in Supply Chain tools and technologies: SAP IBP/Ariba, SAP Control Tower, SAP ERPExperience around enabling integration of Control Tower platform with Client’s systemsDomain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Planning and Inventory.Must have knowledge of platform implementation methodology.Hands on experience of various use case scenarios and challenges in supply chainAbility/willingness to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and drive design discussionsExperience working with technical teams in translating business requirements into technical specifications.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science (Advanced degree preferred)Minimum 10 years experience in Supply ChainExperience working on projects related to ERP or Supply Chain Planning applications.2+ years managing all phases of technical projects in a global/virtual environment (including requirements, capability assessment, etc).Experience working with SDLC / Agile development.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
