Product life cycle Project ManagerDescription -ExpertObjective: Provide overarching project leadership and project execution to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality expectationsJob Description: {Expert or Master?} level project and program manager role leading Supply Chain transformation initiatives.  This role will report into the Supply Chain Transformation and Resilience organization and will lead cross functional and cross regional teams to drive projects aimed at process efficiency, simplification, standardization and asset reduction.  Projects will cover any and all functions touched by Product Data Management including Planning, Costing, Order Management, Procurement, and Factory Operations. This role will also engage with Sales Operations, GBU Business Operations, and Regional Category and Marketing teams.Responsibilities:Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.Leads large, cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.Define project business case, including cost benefit analysis, with SponsorsManage project plan and timelineManage actions, issues, dependencies and risksManage scope and charter (including governance model and benefits)Manage resource planManage project team through completion of deliverablesPartner with the Business Solution Lead to drive documentation of business requirements/user storiesManage Sponsor & Stakeholder expectations & communicationsEnsure IT solutions meet business and program goalsProvide structure and guidance on project management best practicesIndependently structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies by applying advanced, in- depth supply chain and industry knowledgeInterprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectivesConsults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunitiesCreates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.Skillset:Project management foundations, planning & requirements Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.Demonstrated thought leadership in supply chain process improvementLeadership - Excellent skills in leading and working with people and teams.  Positive attitude a must.Complex Communications - Demonstrated skills in communication, applicable to individual contributor up to VP level audienceAdvanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.Able to convey thought leadership into effective presentation materialsBusiness & Political Acumen.  Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.Demonstrated skills in effectively building relationships with stakeholders and business leadersManaging Change - Ability to drive and manage change in support of transformationAnalytical Skills  Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex analysis and modeling.Process Innovation - Supply chain process, system, architecture and best practice knowledgeDriving cost reduction and process simplificationJob -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
