We are looking for a Team Manager to join our IT Support Services  in Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Web of Science products. The team consists of 9 colleagues and is reporting to Senior Manager. We have a great skill set in Science and Academics, and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in managing operations, Systems, Workflow, people, and their performance.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Work experience (At least 5 years of experience in Workflow, Service Now and People management) Knowledge, skills, or abilities (Proven experience in Process management, Analytical skills and Problem solving) Education (Bachelor's degree in any sciences, or related degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience) It would be great if you also had . . .  Workflow management specialization and certificationWhat will you be doing in this role? Manage a diverse team to support content flowing and direct customer value add in Clarivate products.Create a culture focused on execution and performance; ensure key performance indicators for timeliness and completeness are established and delivered, with reporting, best practises, and robust workflow control to drive continuous improvement.Understanding and expertise in analyzing, improving workflows and business processes.Clear and effective communication to convey process changes, updates, and requirements to team members and stakeholders.Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in workflows, efficiency, and productivity.Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the UAT and Prod implementation.Working effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs, and aligning workflows, systems to meet business goals.Managing time and resources to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow operations.Documenting workflows, processes, and changes for reference and training purposesManaging potential risks associated with workflows, ensuring contingency plans are in place.Create a culture of success, motivating and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.About the Team   As the Team Lead for the L1 Support team, your primary responsibility will be overseeing an India-based Content Operations team managing the workflow and end-to-end systems for various Clarivate products, including Web of Science, Biosis, and Zoological Record. Collaboration with stakeholders in Content Operations and the broader Science business is crucial.Your role requires strong skills in workflow and people management. Motivating and engaging your team, fostering their continuous growth and ensuring workplace well-being are essential aspects. You'll be adept at managing day-to-day interactions with operation teams and technology, maintaining robust working relationships, and meeting key deliverables. Close collaboration with Ops team managers and Product owners is necessary to identify opportunities for improving completeness and timeliness.Additionally, a significant transformation of the production systems and processes is scheduled for 2024, aiming to improve the timeliness and completeness.
