Provides direction to expedite products to optimize order fulfillment, allocate and prioritize inventory between competing demands, work with all levels of the organization to ensure balanced and equitable distribution of products across the organization. Creates, manages, analyzes, and distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Operations and Sales reports using advanced-level Power BI and Excel.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain an ongoing supply plan to ensure adequate warehouse inventory levels are maintained to fulfill customer demand from all Razer USA warehousesWork with Sales, Sales Operations, Category Managers and/or Global Planning to prioritize and optimize inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer requirementsManage and report finished goods stock levels, order fill rates, and other business management reports using advanced Power BI, Excel and SAP on a daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual basisManage and facilitate new product introductions to the region ensuring product is delivered on time and in full to support each product launchManage and facilitate End-of-Life planning and execution for all products and customers ensuring clean and smooth product transitionsDevelop inventory and fulfillment modeling to ensure US and Global distribution methodologies are continually reviewed and optimizedFacilitate and conduct weekly supply planning meetings with Global Planning and SalesAllocate and distribute daily supply to customer order release files to Business OperationsCreate and process daily air freight requests for approvalCreate and distribute weekly 3PL inbound and outbound forecasts by warehouseCreate, analyze, and distribute Business Analysis reports using Power BI, Excel, and SAP highlighting issues/concerns and developing and facilitating plans of actionIdentify and execute cost savings opportunities and continuous improvement projectsPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
