As a CSP Marketplace Development Lead, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our applications and services on different CSP marketplaces to meet customer demands and stay competitive. You will lead a development team, collaborate with other departments, ensure project delivery is on schedule, and maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, your role will involve designing and developing a robust user subscription system.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of CSP Marketplace applications and services, ensuring they meet high-quality and performance standardsDevelop and execute CSP Marketplace development strategies to meet market demands and achieve company objectivesDesign and build a subscription system to integrate the company platformCoordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and supportResponsible for overseeing project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, and promptly addressing issues and risksParticipate in technology selection and architectural decisions, ensuring the chosen technologies and tools align with project requirementsBuild and maintain relationships with CSP Marketplace partners to facilitate collaboration and business growthEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and security standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of software development experience in Java with at least 5 years of CSP Marketplace development experience, including experience with projects on AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, or other major CSP marketplacesIn-depth knowledge of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization technologiesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services and featuresExcellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively working with different departmentsProblem-solving and decision-making skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExpertise in building server-side applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot frameworksMust have experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent) for implementing asynchronous service-to-service communicationsFamiliarity with database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestrationKnowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesEquinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
