You can even have a free trial to check it out 😊 About the role: As an Associate Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on the design of complex software testing products. Designers at SmartBear play a vital role in the product development process, from creating the vision and strategy for product features to crafting the fit and finish of interface details. What will you learn? Co-planning and co-conducting user research, usability tests, interviews with stakeholders and users, analyzing findings. Creating wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes. Assistance in planning and running workshops with the team and users. Daily cooperation with the project team and the design team. Communicating with people from all over the world, understanding cultural differences.  Technologies and tools you will work with: Prototyping tools, mainly Figma. Designing, mapping, iterating (and many more) in Miro. Component and pattern development. Examples of projects we will work on: SmartBear has a wide portfolio of products that use state-of-the-art technologies. You will be part of the Observability product group that focusses on giving developers the tools that they need to monitor their products in production. We would love it if you are: Ready to share at least one project in your portfolio (it doesn't have to be commercial). Curious about other people’s opinions and perspectives, and happy being part of a creative team, bouncing ideas back and forth.
