Business Operations Lead

What you’ll achieve: Be the ultimate business generalist - jump in where needed to support a broad range of initiatives Take interim ownership for core BizOps functions such as finance/accounting, people operations, marketing/comms, investor relations, and IT. Lead the recruitment and onboarding of functional leaders as the company scales Manage external contractor/vendor relationships across core BizOps functions Support cross-functional Business Development and Go-to-Market initiatives Play a key role in shaping company-wide objectives and “ways of working” Skills and qualifications: 5+ years of experience in relevant fields, including tech, management consulting, and investment banking Experience managing teams of individual contributors and third-party contractors Excitement about shaping the operations of a fast-growing startup Ability to work with high agency, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong interest in AI/ML, but no direct experience required   The pay range for this position in California is $175,000 - $300,000yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
