If you'd like to build the world's best deep learning cloud, join us.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Operations - AI Infrastructure to play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of our newly formed billion-dollar business unit. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful execution of our business plan.  What You’ll Do Partner with the Vice President of NVIDIA Solutions to develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with Lambda's overall objectives for NVIDIA Solutions Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including sales, quoting, ordering, planning, and delivery processes Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization Provide regular updates to the Vice President of NVIDIA Solutions and Executive Leadership Team on business performance and progress Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to ensure business continuity Serve as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of NVIDIA Solutions, providing strategic insights and recommendations Represent the business unit in external meetings and engagements You Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of experience in a senior management or operational role Proven track record of success in leading and managing complex business initiatives Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the enterprise segment and customer exposure is a plus Nice to Have Experience in the enterprise segment Years of customer exposure Experience with machine learning and deep learning Experience with IT Infrastructure Experience working with key business systems (NetSuite, SalesForce, Jira, etc.) Situational awareness in customer situations, employing diplomacy and tact About Lambda We offer generous cash & equity compensation Investors include Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused venture fund We are experiencing extremely high demand for our systems, with quarter over quarter, year over year profitability Our research papers have been accepted into top machine learning and graphics conferences, including NeurIPS, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, and TOG We have a wildly talented team of 150, and growing fast Health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents Commuter/Work from home stipends 401k Plan Flexible Paid Time Off Plan that we all actually use Salary Range Information  Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $200,000-$300,000.
