The Senior Manager - HRIS is responsible for Archer Aviation’s vision, strategy, transformation, architecture, and execution of the Workday HR System. This hands-on role will report to the Head of Business Applications and partner with the HR Operations team organization to develop an HR technology strategy that supports business strategies which include system implementations, business process design/redesign, vendor selection, change management, and current-state assessments of both a technical and functional nature. Lead with a passion for efficiency, automation, and build for scale.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday HCM
Translate HR business objectives into Workday solutions with clearly defined scope, timing deliverables, resources, and key measures of success. Identify and implement best-in-class solutions to address the demands of rapidly scaling the business.
Oversee day-to-day operations, tactical and strategic direction of Workday, Greenhouse, and other HR systems and integrations to support HR program deliverables and create the strategic roadmap and governance structure for future configurations, products, and upgrades.
Provide Workday cross-functional expertise/knowledge to the business and other members of the People team, including complex data management queries and advanced reporting requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert on Workday. Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet our current and future needs.
Stay up to date on all new features and functionality provided by Workday across HCM, cross-application services, and other functions relevant to the current implementation at 10x.
Possess deep knowledge of HR processes, advise internal stakeholders on best practices for optimizing the use of existing HR systems, drive HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility.
Act as a Steward & champion for people data integrity and security

Degree in Information Systems or related field.
10+ years global HRIS experience, with deep expertise in Workday specifically Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Talent Optimization and Benefits modules/functionalities with a combination of HR data, technology, integrations, and project management experience
Track record of executing Workday HR system with a strong focus on end-user experience
Strong technical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to balance tactical and strategic responsibilities
Results Driven
Ability to engage and influence leadership and cross-functional teams on techno-functional subjects
Strong understanding of the importance of data integrity and reliability, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
A collaborative, process-oriented, and organized approach to daily tasks in a dynamic and multinational organization
Certified Workday professional in HCM and Compensation. Benefits a plus

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $196,800-$246,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
