The ASE iCloud Platform PMO team is looking for passionate, motivated individuals looking to contribute to the extraordinary services and products we offer at Apple. Your work will focus on services, features, reliability, scalability, and security while also defining and implementing standard processes that improve our operational efficiency. You will partner with teams whose mission is to build, maintain, and improve the platform and product layer of Apple’s most critical cloud services. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of project and/or program management experience Strong background in SW & services infrastructure delivery, reliability, security, privacy, and other compliance review workflows Collaborative engagement and technical empathy for engineers Experience as a project lead, supporting multiple projects simultaneously Great attention to detail and shown ability to meet deadlines / schedule constraints Outstanding presentation skills both in person and in multi-location meetings Consistent record in defining processes, key metrics and executing on them A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills and able to influence partners without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication Experience at risk analysis as well as developing, prioritizing and managing the roadmap.
