Key Qualifications Key Qualifications First principle understanding of magnetic sensors and test instrumentations. Hands-on experience with electrical and electromagnet instrumentations setup for characterization and test. Experience with electromagnet and magnetic field shielding design/simulation is a plus. Strong fundamental knowledge of magnetic sensors technologies. Experience with high volume production test equipment design, bring-up and qualification. Basic understanding of Electrical, SW and/or Mechanical design principles. Ability to optimally work independently or in a cross-functional team environment to address complex problems. Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal), including requirements documentations, regular progress updates and presentation to upper management. Description Description - Collaborate with cross-functional team and vendors for research, development and deployment of magnetic sensors characterization and test equipment for high volume manufacturing. - Authoring fixture design, test architecture, qualification and buy-off requirements document and ensure fixtures are in compliance to all requirements for deployment. - Provide onsite support during fixture bring-up and engineering build support. - Perform data analysis and make recommendations based on data. - Serve as a consultant to operation team during mass production phase. - Provide regular update on project status, issues/resolutions and help needed to cross-functional team and upper management. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
