Reporting to the Head of DME Sales Specialists, APAC, you will manage a team of overlay Sales Specialists to add value to the sales activities and deliver against sales targets to drive growth in our key products.With lots of exciting new products, features and enhancements being launched round the clock for this side of our business, you will thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.What you’ll do·Partner with Country Sales Leaders to provide deep product knowledge across a range of key DME product and contribute to key deals ·Cultivate and secure new lines of business within targeted accounts, focusing on key products in each market (e.g., Adobe Express, Frame, Substance, Document Cloud and Firefly). ·Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of overlay sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets. This includes closing new business and expanding upon existing clientele, collaborating across the GTM ·Develop effective sales strategies, work with solutions consulting teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, use cases and sales pitches. Identify and develop sales enablement opportunities as needed within the specialist sales team·Apply a thorough understanding of the marketplace, industry trends, funding developments and products to all management activities and strategic sales decisions. ·Ensure that Sales department operations function smoothly, with the goal of facilitating executed sales and/or closings; operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts. What you need to succeed·Deep knowledge/experience of the ANZ market·Ability to think broadly, embracing product and solution changes as they arrive·5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience·10+ years overall experience in software selling required. ·Experience selling to the CIO, CDO, CMO highly valued. ·Knowledge of large, complex sales models highly desired, as well as prior experience selling emerging technologies. ·Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and critical influence skills. ·BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience. ·Demonstrated ability to deliver against sales targets and ability to run appropriate sales cadence and hygiene personally or via leading a team directly Adobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
