Your potential is waiting; why are you?VP, Solutions Consulting, EMEAThe role of VP, Solutions Consulting, EMEA will lead a team of 75+ Solution Consultants (SCs) and will be responsible for driving excellence, best practice and innovative approaches while running and scaling our regional SC Team. This will include developing and evolving working practices, defining optimal engagement models, championing enablement, nurturing talent, and achieving the best operating model, for our Solution Consultants. The successful candidate would report to the Senior VP Sales, EMEA and will be a key member of the Europe, Middle East and Africa GTM Leadership team. You will also work day to day with your peer Solutions Consulting leaders across the globe to ensure innovation and best practice can be replicated for adjacent teams to benefit, and to reciprocate.  Genesys is a very fast-growing organization that has emerged as a leader in Experience as a Service and as part of that growth this leader will be agile in their work approach so that they not only move with the fast-paced industry but can and will actively influence it through innovation and authenticity. In addition to leading the Solutions Consultants across EMEA, this role will be responsible for the technical readiness for all of EMEA new business opportunities which will require a high level of partnership with their regional peer sales leaders, the regional Customer Service and Success organization, and the global Product Business Unit. In this role your key responsibilities will be to:Lead the day-to-day EMEA Solutions Consulting OrganizationWork collaboratively with the regional sales leaders to evolve the structure to support the growth and scale of the fast-growing Genesys businessMentor and coach your Solutions Consulting leadership team.Develop and manage the EMEA Solutions Consulting Op-Ex budget, while also identifying and investing in areas to improve operations year on year.Develop and evolve the organizational structure, succession plan, and career paths to meet the needs of the business for the futureTrack key metrics to assess presales effectiveness, impact, cost, and capacityModel and project our company “One Genesys” attitude and characterDevelop and project a culture of inclusivity and openness consistent with our corporate charter and valuesThe preferred candidate will have proven experience in the following areas:>8 years of experience in leading national, or regional Solutions Consulting teamsDemonstrate thought leadership and experience in Partnering with Sales leaders to bridge between sales, engineering and product business unitsExperience with optimizing capacity and coverage planning by region, sub-region, and account segmentsExperience with best practice on presales processes, tools and building a winning organizationBalance of technical expertise and functional/business expertiseExperience with SaaS solution sellingExperience of recruiting, developing, managing and leading mature and successful teamsExceptional communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix style organization to achieve corporate goalsHigh Aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, provide critical thinking on new tasks and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detailProven experience in working with a pan-EMEA and international team with diverse cultures and time-zonesAbout GenesysEvery year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
