Your potential is waiting; why are you?About the JobAs Director, Vision & Innovation Sales, you will be responsible for connecting customer experience delivery requirements, to the vision of what is possible, and to the outcomes delivered by our platform. You and your team will do so by workshopping the journey with the customer, finding the moments of truth, quantifying the stakes, and telling the end-to-end story that makes acting an imperative. Your team will have global reach, working with our largest customers directly, then capturing & scaling that work for smaller customers with account teams. You will work closely with the account team to set the vision & plan for each pursuit and sales leadership to set priorities for the tram. Execution will require collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, Product and almost all other Genesys organizations to bring this vision to reality. Success will be measured by differential win rates when your team is engaged as well as bookings growth and satisfaction scores.About You You have exceptional experience in connecting experience delivery to business outcomes: understanding the business drivers, KPIs, product/market fit, value chain, trends and opportunity/threat matrix.You can articulate how this value creation is enabled by modern cloud-based solutions that include, but are not limited to, specific channel interactions. .You come to this knowledge with a proven track record of selling / consulting in the enterprise market segment. Enthusiastic collaborator.You are an exceptional influencer and skilled at operating with C-suite stakeholders.Responsibilities Developing and executing the Genesys “experience orchestration workshop” strategy for direct engagement and influence.Proactively brainstorming target customers, potential engagements, value messaging & insertion plans in partnership with field sales leadership.Collaborating on mutual success plans prospect/partner to migrate legacy contact centre experience solutions to the Genesys Cloud platform, inclusive of digital, AI & journey.Collaborating with the Genesys executive team to develop effective sales strategies and business expansion plans as part of an integrated account plan.Creating and expanding access to senior customer leaders & decision makers, especially by creating business relevance outside of traditional contacts in IT & Contact Center.“Showing up differently” with customers. Engaging in peer-level discussions about their business outcomes and their deliverables in the language of their own industryArticulating and customizing global best practices, industry trends & benchmarks to deliver strategic presentations, advise and influence. Participation in relevant associations is a strong positive.Ability and desire to becomes hands on with your team members as well as engaging with customers.Knowledge and experience with people-centric design, journey mapping, and workshop facilitationKnowledge of enterprise value-selling and contracting process. Strong executive presence, organizational skills and track record of consistent quota attainment & over achievement.Based in the US with ability to travel, for business priorities, up to 50%.Prior experience working in a global role.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
