Business Systems Analyst, ANAPLAN

We are now looking for Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications planning team. Part of this role you'll be working in close partnership with Business & IT to design, develop, implement, and support the Anaplan Planning platform and its capabilities to enable Enterprise-wide Planning and collaboration. This role provides guidance and mentors other Anaplan Model builders to efficiently address business requirements in building solutions for forecasting and demand planning models, while providing leadership in the deployment of robust and scalable Anaplan models.What you will be doing:Design and deliver robust implementable solutions in Anaplan ModelingLead projects to implement new and improve existing functionalities that are already implemented at NVIDIA in AnaplanBuild prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutionsWork directly with Business Users on gathering comprehensive User Stories and subsequently Design and Build new Anaplan ModelsServe as in-house Anaplan SME to promote adherence to Anaplan Model Building and Lifecycle Management Best PracticesClosely collaborate with Technical Teams to streamline the automation of Inbound and Outbound Data Interfaces In/Out of Anaplan Data HubApply Anaplan technology solutions to help solve business challenges involved in supporting fast-paced company growthAct as single point of contact between Business and IT Teams to promote, manage and expand the Anaplan footprint across the EnterpriseWhat we need to see:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management / Industrial Engineering, Computer Science disciplines or equivalent experienceAnaplan Model Builder Level 3 Certification required. Master Anaplanner Certification preferred.5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise Performance Management and/or Demand Planning solutions3+ years of demonstrated ability with Anaplan software developing planning solutions in close collaboration with Business stakeholders, in the areas of Sales Operations Planning or Supply Chain Demand Planning in the High-Tech sectorGood hands on experience in Anaplan data modeling, master data management, and administrationSelf-motivated, independent, and focused on continuous skill development and expansive learningHigh level of interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work under challenging timelinesSemiconductor / High-Tech industry demand and supply chain planning knowledge is preferredKnowledge in SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder planning tools is a plus!With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, and we have some of the most forward-thinking and growth-mindset people in the world working for us. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
