We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Boards and Systems Supply planning team as we embark on an exciting and transformational journey to redefine planning systems of the future. An individual in this role will lead the initiative of redefining our planning processes and tools. This individual should also apply a continuous improvement/growth mindset and use industry best practices to optimize overall performance. We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge and experience at the intersection of business and IT.What you'll be doing:Collaborate with key senior business stakeholders (wafers/chips planning, demand planning, Business Units) in detailed design workshopsLead and champion the implementation of the ERP planning solution across all business units (Boards/systems/networking) ensuring that the solutions are scalablePlanning portfolio includes but not limited to weekly production planning for 12 months; creating build plans for all products at multiple CMs; aligning supply based on demand segmentation and prioritizationOwn business operations for one or more of our multi-billion-dollar business units.Lead, coach and develop a team of high caliber supply planning professionals capable of solving day to day operational issues and reach long term performance goalsWill be the go to person for all planning process and infrastructural changesWhat We Need To See:Progressive experience in supply chain management fieldsHands on experience with ERP implementationDegree in industrial engineering, science, or business or equivalent experience10+ overall years of experience, preferably business consulting4+ years of leadership experienceExperience in ERP System (SAP preferably) along with a high proficiency in MS Office SoftwareExperience in a fast-paced production environment with various constraintsAbility to work and communicate with senior executive level staffDeliver results in a multifaceted and matrix work environmentWays to stand out from the crowd:Hands on experience with implementing SAP IBP and have a good knowledge of difference with SAP APOInnovative and change-oriented personality with a track record of multiple successful implementationExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrentlyExtensive experience on networking, boards and servers in the semiconductor industrySelf-starter with a demeanor for growth and continuous learningCan find creative, out-of-the-box solutions and approaches to complex problemsUnderstand theoretical frameworks from APICS and likes to apply them to real-world problemsNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
