We are seeking a diligent and Production Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, driving materials for production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of production planning activities. The Production Planner will play a critical role in coordinating efforts between various departments to meet production goals.What you'll be doing:Attend NPI and Production meetings for multiple products.Collaborate with NPI Planning, Product Engineering Teams, and Product Managers to facilitate the smooth transition of product/engineering revision changes into production. Communicate priorities and ensure build plans are met by local and overseas contract manufacturers /partners.Order hardware including PCBs, assemblies, components, and off-the-shelf peripherals. Work with the offshore team on consumption for replenishment orders.Analyzes production capacity and material availability as related to weekly and long term forecast. Create and drive the schedules for production bring-up.Serve as a backup to support Test Equipment (ATE) scheduling.Use SAP and Windchill for production planning transactions.The ability to expedite priorities through the supply chain.Work closely with factory production managers to address and resolve any commit or quality issues.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in support of organizational strategies.What we need to see:Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power Point and Windchill (PDP).Experience in a fast-paced production environment with various constraints.Experience interacting with suppliers with a focus on cost, quality, and on time delivery requirements.Shown experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in Planning, Purchasing or Inventory management.Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.4+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics or related fields.​Ways to stand out from the crowd:Experience working with contract manufactures.Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.Collaborating with global teams.Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to balance multiple projects at a time.The base salary range is 64,000 USD - 104,650 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
