If you are collaborative, creative and passionate about hiring great talent, we want to hear from you!What you’ll be doing:Diversity Recruiting POD leader overseeing initiatives across multiple business areas and cross functional teams.Partners closely with Recruiting and Business leaders to create and deliver diversity recruiting strategies, programs and events to meet the needs of the business.Understands data including recruiting talent pipeline, market intelligence and hiring funnel metrics to drive actionable insights and results and pivots as needed.Understands talent and skills and represents candidates to open or newly created roles.Collaborates with talent advocates specializing in guiding underrepresented candidates.Build innovative ways for improving diversity recruitment outcomes.Drive awareness and education for DI&B efforts both internally and externallyWhat we need to see:5+ years recruiting experience, with an emphasis on program management and diversity recruiting.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Proven experience and passion for matching identifying outstanding talent and underrepresented talent to career opportunitiesProficiency in using data to provide insights and drive results.Proven track record to proactively address complex issues and find effective solutions.Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate, drive and influence cross functional global teams at speed of light.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Strong data-driven leadership skills with internal and external partners.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Outstanding partnership and critical thinking skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
