If you are collaborative, creative and passionate about hiring great talent, we want to hear from you!What you’ll be doing:Manage the full lifecycle of our non req hiring program by partnering with hiring managers throughout the process.Help place talent by prescreening candidates to gauge skills, experience, and alignment with NVIDIA's culture and expectations.Provide shepherding support for talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their technical talent requirements.Utilize ATS to identify strong candidates that need shepherding.Work closely with recruiters to make sure a smooth hand-off with candidates at offer.Nurture and sustain relationships with prospective candidates, finding opportunities for future roles within NVIDIA.Report on success of the non req hiring program and provide insights for ongoing process improvements.What we need to see:5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or candidate advocacy, preferably within the technology industry.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.An ability to identify outstanding talent and underrepresented technical talent and match to career opportunities.Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details throughout the candidate journey.Proven track record establishing and nurturing strong relationships with partners and candidates.Ability to influence across organizations.Outstanding technical partnership and critical thinking skills to navigate complex, technically oriented recruitment challenges.Ability to effectively function in a fast paced and innovative landscape.Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate, drive and influence across functional global teams at speed of light.Ways to stand out in the crowd:Demonstrated self-starter qualities with a penchant for resolving intricate technical issues.Strong technical interpersonal and multitasking proficiency.Knowledge of the technical job market.A passion for facilitating the success of individuals in their technical careers.
