The LMR Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that NVIDIA’s large meeting spaces are used following facilities policies and guidelines. You will play a significant role in the long-term success of our visitor and employee experience by providing outstanding support with successful meetings and events. We impress upon you to bring your talents and passion for excellence to our organization.What you’ll be doing:Lead all administrative and coordination related to scheduling, organizing, and running a wide variety of meetings on campus. Meetings/events will vary in terms of format and level of logistical complexity including, All-Hands, Seminars, Advisory Board, Executive Staff, Internal conferences, Weekly Team meetings, Trainings, Government and Customer Visits.Manage all Large Meeting Rooms (LMR's), Multipurpose Rooms, Training Rooms, and Collaboration Corners reservation calendar via Outlook. Keep customers advised of room changes with meeting confirmations, cancelations, and reschedules. Answer scheduling questions via email, slack, MS Teams or phone.Document schedule processes and keep detailed records. Collect room utilization data, and calendar dashboard. Track and report monthly room usage and occupancy to RESS management. Identify any issues or risks associated with any aspect of LMR meeting spaces and suggest appropriate recommendations or improvement strategies to support or eliminate issues.Own the development of the LMR request form in MS Teams for users to make room requests and inquiries. Update and moderate daily LMR Slack Channel for timely user support.Establish, lead, and conduct the weekly LMR team meeting to develop effective cross team communication with all relevant support teams such as Facilities, Security, IT, Catering, etc. Discuss and evaluate past and future event support and standard processes.Oversight & assistance in crafting memorable guest experiences, as well as anticipating guests and facilitator needs through event pre-walks and room checks. Walk event space throughout the day, engage with employees, gather their feedback, and assist with support as needed.Liaise and maintain effective communication and positive relationships with Facilities and Security operations departments during meetings and events. Be the focal point in delegating resources as needed. Follow up with all change requests to ensure accuracy and operational communication.What we need to see:12+ years of experience.BA degree (or equivalent experience).Data driven with professional and sophisticated knowledge with Excel, PDF, Outlook Calendar Resourcing, Slack and MS Teams.Highly adaptable to all requests and proactive approach to problem solving in a collaborative manner.Demonstrated interpersonal skills, process improvement and ability to multi-task.Outstanding oral, graphic and written communication skills.Self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability.Team oriented and ability to lead activities with minimal supervision.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
