Lastly, it delivers the story of why HP as a technology partner for our customers.The critical role of the Marketing Content Creator is to manage all web efforts within the HP BPS Commercial digital team for the commercial PC HP.com presence, including design, content management, web development, analytics and testing for HP.com content. They closely drive the process aligning and working effectively with fellow Product Marketers and business stakeholders across Commercial business units from product development, GBU, NPI, to Category and markets.They solve complex business issues and are regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.ResponsibilitiesOwn, drive and manage all efforts within the HP BPS Commercial digital team including design, analytics, and web development for HP.com to meet project deadlines. Support all BPS Commercial NPI launches, Cloud computing NPI launches, and HP campaign web initiatives.Drive ongoing strategy for hp.com web architecture; optimizing the customer journey and path to HP Store; redesigning pages and retiring pages as appropriate.Review and monitor web page traffic and analytics, analyze metrics for on-going improvement and web page testing.Copywriting, content proofing and quality control.Knowledge and SkillsExtensive experience in web development, content management and eMarketing for B2B applicationDeep knowledge and experience of social marketing, content marketing and media.Proven track record successfully managing web-based initiatives and multiple development projects for BPS Commercial product portfolio including B2B/commercial strategy, customer journey, and positioning for end user and IT across SMB & Enterprise.Experienced in all aspects of web content management, design and development.
