The HR Business Partner Intern is a virtual role (i.e., work from home) that will assist our HR Business Partner team in managing people programs that drive business results across Flexera functions.This is an 8 week paid virtual summer internship (June 10 - August 9). Full time preferred but flexible given the virtual nature of the program.The role will:Work closely with Global HRBP Team to support the People Strategy, which will include project work, data analytics and coming up with creative ideasSupport the bi-annual engagement survey by analyzing results and creating action plans Provide support and coaching to managers and employees on HR tools and processesHelp with administration of HR programs, like offboarding/exit interviews, recognition programs, talent management and leadership development programs.
