We’re looking for a Team Leader to manage our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to help maximize the performance of a critical growth function for Flexera. This individual will be responsible for overseeing training, coaching, and managing performance of our SDRs in the EMEA region to ensure prospecting activity targets and business objectives are met and exceeded.Responsibilities:Lead a team of SDRs to develop and qualify lead opportunities, resulting in high quality lead generation and conversion. Leads should be sourced primarily from outbound activities, including researching and prospecting. Inbound activities will be managed from a campaign or event followup.Drive a high-performance culture within your SDR teamHold reps accountable for hitting daily/monthly activity and performance goalsProvide weekly SDR one-one-one coaching and mentorship sessions including call reviewsAssist in identifying lead sources, constructing prospect lists, shadowing and scoring calls, working through prospect objections and performing other activities that will grow new business pipelineEnsure SDRs leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to time zones, metrics, and customizing scripts to target personas and market segmentsUtilize key performance metrics for coaching, quality assurance, and performance managementStreamline training to ramp new SDRs quicklyDrive social sellingProvide detailed analysis and reporting on team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts based on individual SDR performance and historical trends using Salesforce.comIdentify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity Ramp SDRs to develop fundamental sales skills and product knowledgeDevelop SDRs for their next role in the organizationExperience, Capability, and Behaviors:Solid experience in software salesExperienced managing an SDR or Inside sales team accountable for meetings/exceeding quotaWorking knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach preferredExperience selling at a leading technology company and a track record of exceeding quota targets; SaaS experience a plusProven experience prospecting via cold calling, email, and social sellingExperience with sales force automation and related technologiesStrong understanding of SDR skill set: cold calling/emailing, discovery questions, objection handling, storytelling, and time management)Ability to motivate group as well as work with different personalities Desire to help others succeedSuperior organization, communication, and time management skills#LI-REMOTE#LI-JP2Flexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
