We do that through a passionate team composed of Program Managers (Learning Solutions Architects), Product Managers, Instructional Designers, Trainers, and Information Development partnerships, all working to provide experiences that help the Product and Technology organizations at Workday solve sophisticated problems.Our instructional design team is looking to hire a new teammate to design, develop, and maintain instructionally sound on-demand course content for our developers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, people leaders and technologists!About the RoleDesign, collaborate and create innovative learning solutions for technical and non-technical business problemsCollaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver holistic learning solutionsLead change by researching and suggesting new and creative approaches to deliver engaging content to learnersAbout YouYou flourish with content development challenges that break new ground. You have a consistent record of the following:Manage multiple initiatives in parallel.Thrive in ambiguity and the opportunity that presentsAuthoring engaging eLearning content and course curriculum intended for technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrating the latest learning techniques and technologies to develop contentDeveloping mixed media content that is appreciated and used by product management/development audiencesWriting communications and/or scripts that are remarkably streamlined and instructionally soundBeing able to surface, clarify and nurture the best ideas – yours or othersBasic Qualifications2-5 years of instructional design, training delivery, learning consultation experience1-2 years of shown experience with authoring, multimedia, and graphics tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud, Rise360Demonstrated program/project management experience; ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize time well.Other QualificationsDemonstrated experience writing scripts and producing educational videos.Experience applying current industry research, learning tools, and trends to internal practices, helping to drive standard methodologies within instructional design and delivery.Demonstrated experience using instructional design techniques to measure the effectiveness of trainingExperience cultivating key partnerships and project plansOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
