In this role, you will be responsible for pricing and deal structuring, order management, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making in a fast growing technology company.About the RoleThe focus of this role will be to support Workday's Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint. Success in the role requires a standout colleague approach, creativity and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to structuring deals, and ability to work across organizations as a trusted advisor to help an Account Executive champion a deal from quote to cash efficiently. The Associate Deal Manager is responsible for ensuring that accurate pricing goes out to the prospects, and commercial term documents are negotiated to yield the most mutually conducive agreements for prospects and Workday. About YouBasic QualificationBachelor’s degree required with 3 to 5 years total experience with at least one year experience in a sales/deal support roleOther QualificationQuote to Cash lifecycle experience working on a deal desk/sales operations team with direct field sales support.An understanding of general software pricing models, knowledge of SaaS pricing and licensing models a definite plus.Ability to interpret, clearly eloquent, and handle objections related to Workday subscription policies and commercial terms.Preferred Applications: SFDC (other CRMs ok), moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with prior experience with data modeling.Standout colleague: experience working across functions to deliver client facing proposalsComfortable engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible support for the sales team & deal cyclesWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
