Job Summary:Title: Executive Assistant to President of RNSI                                Location: London, England UK (On-Site, 5-days a week)               The Role:Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a high caliber candidate for our Executive Assistant role — the incumbent needs to be well-spoken, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to manage a high volume of projects. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably supporting a high or C-Suite level executive and be willing to handle administrative responsibilities and work well in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide key support to the President & Chief of Staff to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficientlyManage a high-volume calendar - this includes scheduling, sending reminders, taking meeting minutesSchedule meetings across multiple time zones, coordinate conference and Zoom calls, create agendas as needed and ensure any meeting documents are prepared ahead of timeAssist in keeping the executive on schedule and extremely organisedCoordinate and finalise domestic and international travel arrangementsSettle monthly expenses for reimbursement with the Finance team in a timely mannerCoordinate guests for internal and external meetingsAct as point of contact for clients and key stakeholders across the businessComplete administrative task as requiredLean in and support with any special eventsAssist with management of the office from a facilities stand pointRun personal errands on occasion as requiredQualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to an Executive or member of the C-SuiteProficiency and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Suite and Concur expense systemsIdeal candidate must present a professional and diligent image, excellent verbal and written skills, and be both self-driven and very detail oriented.World-class organizational and multi-tasking skills - strong project management capabilityProactive and flexibleTeam orientedKnowledge of the sport, music and entertainment industrySound judgment, high integrity, and ability to maintain strict confidential informationExperience coordinating group meetings and high-level Zoom meetingsCandidates must also be a self-motivated individual, quick on their toes, and show initiative to go the extra mileCOVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot are a mandatory requirement for this position. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYRoc Nation and Live Nation Entertainment strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state or federal law. HIRING PRACTICESThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
