Job Description/Summary:Experience in Supply Chain with public cloud-based technology exposure (preferably Azure), Transportation knowledge strongly preferredHands on analysis and SLA adhered resolution of various Alerts, Tickets, Change Requests related to technology and business for LCT (Luminate Control Tower) product.Work closely with Customers and Carriers to run discovery sessions for requirements gathering, create functional designs, estimating effort, document, present, demonstrate, communicate with clarity , persuade stakeholders, structure work tasks for delegation, project management and lead a team through project completion.  Requirements gathering, estimating effort, designing, documenting, presenting, demonstrating, communicating with clarity, tactful moderation, and diligent follow-up. Understand customer business processes, utilize expertise, and appropriate product functionalities to address customer issuesCommunicate with customers for requirement gathering, issue understanding, providing resolution etcTake ownership of a solution and work on multiple customers, adhering to priority-based management considering impact and urgency.Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in‐depth evaluation of various factorsExperience in EDI and other industry carrier message is a plusCollaborate with cross functional teams including Product Development, Deploy, within Operate & Carrier Operations and PMG.Mentor team members to upskill them and ensure successful delivery of solutions.If required based on customer situation, open to work in morning or afternoon shifts ( 6 am to 3 pm / 2 pm to 11 pm / no night shift ) on Rotation basis.Responsibilities:This is a customer-facing role where polish, poise, and networking within the industry is important.  Need the ability to bring order to ambiguity and moderate between conflicting points of view. Point of contact for all customer requests,  and playing a role of trusted advisor to the customer - Owns customer success. Understand the implemented Architecture along with Solution, Technical and Integration DesignProvide Product Demo, help in getting Change Request (CR) document created, capture business requirements and execute/test to deliver the CRTechnical Architect to engage customers during discovery and carrier onboarding and standardize the data flow/integrations. SME should also be able to look at building standards Message integration guides and standard usage of adopters. Technical Architect should also be able to train/mentor fellow consultants.Develops functional specifications of sound design for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that achieve customers' business objectives.Develop and execute test scripts to ensure BY software consistently meets the customer's business objectives. Provide non-technical support during the "go-live" period.Serves in a supporting functional role while attending and contributing to key meetings between the BY project stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and corresponding leadership teams. Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team.Provide primary user support and verify that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.For customer issues, Identify Root cause and focus on preventing problem recurrence.Proactive shipment monitoring and managing with vendors for issues related to trackingAnalyze adoption and consumption trends and highlight any gap.Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects.Able to work with global teams, multiple time zones, virtually, and in-person. Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.Coordinate Request Priority with Product DevelopmentDesired Skills:  Expert in Java and Microservices and integration methodologies .Experience in supporting Supply Chain solutions on SaaS (Azure preferred)Excellent Client Communication is a MANDATEWorking knowledge on Data Lake, Blobs with experience in DevOpsHands on experience in Rest/ SOAP web services, ESB, JMS messaging conceptsExperience in SOAPUI, Postman, Maven, JMS Messaging using Kafka or other messagingXML and XSD Skills - Parsing, Validation and Generation (any XML API)Experience with any Log tool like Splunk preferred.Prefer to have experience in using JIRA and Salesforce (or similar tools)Work with SaaS product, mainly Azure, Kafka, Microservices, Data Analytics, BI knowledge is preferredStrong domain knowledge.  I.e. Knowledge of TL, LTL, parcel, ocean, air, rail, and IM transport; Fleet and market carrier operations; TMS-ERP integrations.Excel (data cleansing, pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint (concise, polished documents), Python, SQL (beginner or intermediate) strongly preferredAny knowledge of EDI onboardings and Integrations is a plusRequired skills and experience: This position requires someone who is self-driven, agile, quick learner and a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environmentExperience in EDI and other industry carrier message.Experience in supporting SaaS products and have Supply Chain backgroundUnderstanding of MuleSoft, Integration Framework, Azure Architecture and Java codeDegree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred. A combination of bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree. APICS certification will be added plus.experience in ticket tracking tools like salesforce/Jira is an added advantageAbility to prepare and deliver presentations for user and management.
