Job Requisition ID #23WD74059Position OverviewThe Lead, PPL Communications & Leader Enablement will craft and execute communication strategies tailored to our Senior Leadership and People Manager audiences. Your role will play an important part in promoting engagement and alignment with PPL (People & Places) leader and manager enablement strategies. You will focus on ~ 40% strategy, 25% execution, and 35% reacting to the unexpected.You will report to our Senior Manager, PPL Employee & Executive Communications, and this role can be 100% remote in the U.S.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a quarter-by-quarter communication strategy targeting Senior Leadership and People Managers, including the channel tactics across email, Slack and Managing at Autodesk / Autodesk One ecosystems, ensuring alignment with PPL leader and manager enablement strategiesFoster a primary team of stakeholders who contribute to the Managing at Autodesk communications strategy and its connection to the Autodesk business goals and goals of the PPL organization. Proactively source content and engagement opportunities amongst this cohortLead the communication and support the event strategy for Senior Leadership touchpointsCreate clear and engaging content, including messages, presentations, and announcements, tailored to the communication preferences of Senior Leadership and People ManagersCraft narratives that align with our PPL vision and strategic goals, conveying the value and impact of PPL initiatives to leaders and managersLeverage multiple communication channels, including written, visual, and verbal, to reach and resonate with leaders and managers across AutodeskCollaborate with internal design and creative teams to develop visually appealing communication materials that enhance the engagement of our PPL programs with leaders and managersRepresent Employee Communications within cross functional working groups across PPL, ESE, and other teams ensuring the technology and strategies supporting manager and leader engagement are aligned and achieving desired outcomesStay informed about industry trends and best practices in leadership communication, bringing innovative approaches to our communication strategiesLead other Employee Communications team members or agency partners on large project executionLeverage data and insights to guide decision makingManage external vendor relationships related to PPL communicationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred8 or more years of experience in leadership or executive communications, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience developing and executing effective communication strategies for senior leadership and management audiencesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging messages.Experience collaborating cross-functionallyProficiency in using various communication channels and tools to reach and engage target audiencesStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to assess communication effectivenessHigh level of creativity and innovation in creating impactful narratives and communication materialsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing projects and deadlines#LI-DW1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $125,400 and $202,840. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
