SailPoint is seeking an innovative and experienced IT professional to lead the company’s IT Enterprise Applications organization in planning, implementing, and supporting the company’s SaaS-based business application ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CIO, this position will be responsible for overseeing the company’s business application strategy and operations in direct partnership with the other business units at the company. A successful candidate will draw on their years of IT leadership and business applications management experience to drive innovation, agility, efficiency, and scalability into our application ecosystem as we continue our digital transformation journey.The position is responsible for engaging with and managing stakeholders across the enterprise to gain a strong understanding of the business needs and how software and technology can enable and improve our operations to deliver high quality solutions and SLAs with optimal cost and efficiency.This position requires exceptional communication and technical design skills to drive effective use of technology. Operations and process leadership is necessary to ensure that applications and standards are implemented in close partnership with business stakeholders to properly balance multifactor business needs with a bias towards operational efficiency and resilient business continuity.Specific Responsibilities Include:Responsible for overseeing SailPoint’s extensive SaaS business application ecosystem which includes Finance, Sales, HR, IT, Marketing, PS, Customer Success, engineering, Training, communication and collaboration, customer support, and other applicationsIn coordination with the CIO, lead enterprise IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future Enterprise systems across the organization.Lead the Enterprise Systems organizational to supports the needs of SailPoint business.Identify opportunities and develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for enterprise systems and initiatives across SailPoint by collaborating closely with GTM, HR, Finance & Engineering teams.Assess and communicate risks associated with enterprise IT investments.Develop, track, and control the enterprise IT annual operating and capital budgets.Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan around Enterprise systems.Ensure systems and processes to protect company and customer data in line with evolving data privacy regulations.Build and maintain the company’s strategic business systems strategy and roadmap in partnership with other business unit leaders across the company.Responsible for overall business application architecture and integrationMotivate, lead, and develop a team of diverse individuals with a variety of experience levels and skill sets to provide high-quality application solutions embracing SailPoint’s highly successful culture.Experience with Business Applications such as Salesforce CRM, NetSuite / Oracle ERP , GTM systems and Various other SaaS applicationsHelp solve complex business problems and drive increased agility, efficiency, and cost savings through technology and process innovation and optimization.Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership across the company to ensure that IT remains responsive and tightly aligned with the business.Drive increased employee engagement through innovation, communication, and training.Manage IT project and resource capacity using a data-driven approach; develop and maintain analytics and KPI’s to measure results and effectiveness.Prioritize IT initiatives across functional work areas for effective resource planning.Accountable for managing the department’s P/L and Project Budgets.Develop a practical and working knowledge of business processes; interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs.Evaluate installed software solutions and identify areas to improve standards, simplify, enhance functionality, and/or transition to solutions to improve supportability.Manage several vendor relationships including implementation and audit partners.Support IT governance controls for multiple compliance frameworks including SOX, SOC2, and ISO27001Required:A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, a business degree with a strong technology component, or equivalent industry experience10+ years of leadership experience in an IT enterprise environment with a proven ability to successfully build and grow technical organizations.Strong Experience with Lead to Cash or Quote to Cash Implementation is critical to be successful in this role.Extensive experience implementing and managing a large ecosystem of enterprise-level SaaS business applications which support multiple areas of the businessBroad knowledge of the current SaaS application landscape, technology ecosystem strategies, and industry best practices#LI-KJ1SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
