Head of Technology StrategyDescription -The Head of Technology Strategy, reporting to the HP200A Head of Strategy & Partnerships, will play a crucial role in our global team of skilled In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) experts. The individual in this leadership position will be at the forefront of identifying, nurturing, and managing potential partnering relationships, external funding opportunities, and business development activities. Their expertise will guide collaborations and assess innovative IVD and Life Science technologies to shape our future business strategy.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of partnering-related business development activities.Conduct assessments and landscape analyses on IVD and Life Science technologies and products.Provide strategic guidance on technology and application landscaping for future business initiatives.Conduct technology benchmarking and assessments for potential collaborations and partnerships.Support research, engineering, and new product pipeline activities.Act as a liaison for diagnostics partner areas, leveraging technical knowledge to identify synergies.Collaborate with Product Strategy and HP Labs (Research) on external funding proposals, leading proposal development.Qualifications:Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related technical discipline.Over 10 years of experience in IVD or Life Sciences technology.Deep technical knowledge in molecular diagnostics and other diagnostics technologies.Proven technology management experience.Expectations:Willingness to engage in international business travel as needed.Key Attributes:Proactive leader with a strategic mindset.Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Denmark)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
