At Sonos we strive to bring an epic music experience to life and the B2B Fulfillment Coordinator plays a major role in making that happen. The position requires a critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while working across various functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of the customer experience. The B2B Fulfillment Coordinator will help to ensure Sonos’ partners like Best Buy, Amazon, Costco, etc. have their orders placed and delivered to them in a timely manner.What You’ll DoManage end to end order fulfillment for channel partnersSupport and resolve vendor compliance issues such as shortages and logistics violationsProvide exceptional end to end customer service to our B2B customers over phone and emailManage internal systems to ensure accurate inventory levelsSupport inside and outside sales teamsWork cross functionally with Logistics, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal to ensure customer needs are metSurface and drive process improvements to find efficiencies in our current work flowWhat You’ll NeedResearch shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don’t apply for roles if they don’t meet all the criteria. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
