Senior Consultant, Global Pricing & Market Access - Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Global Pricing & Market Access consulting team in Dubai, UAE and be a critical member of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to billable client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives.In this role, you will help to define projects, build work plans, and develop robust and valuable conclusions and recommendations for our clients. As a Senior Consultant you are vital to ensuring that we provide our clients with the insights and information they need to achieve success.If you have experience in market access and pricing, or commercial consulting within life sciences & healthcare, we would love to speak with you.Responsibilities and DutiesWork with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach.Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project related findings, and coordinating allocated project team.Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and team.Provide independent project management and strategic advice to clients to provide effective solutions to their pricing, market access and HEOR business needs.Contribute to the delivery of multiple projects to a high standard and in line with company SOPs.Continually strive to extend our relationships and work streams within companies we are working with.Contribute significantly to the attainment of yearly revenue/profit targets as defined within KPIs for the Senior Consultant role.Coach and mentor junior team members.Independently develop proposals for new business from scratch; Coordinate and contribute to the collation and submission of RFIs (Requests for Information).Identify business opportunities with new clients and contribute to the overall profitability, success, and positive image of Clarivate Consulting Services.Lead on and contribute to Thought Leadership initiatives to support the business.Contribute and lead initiatives to support company strategic direction. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments.Knowledge and QualificationsEssential2:1 or above bachelor’s degree in life sciences (or related) discipline.Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.At least 5 years’ experience in Market Access and Pricing and/or launch excellence from either research, consulting or in house pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device organisations.At least 3 years’ experience for leading and managing projects and being the key point of contact for the client.Experience working in an international environment and especially in the MENA region in the pharma and government sector and should be comfortable communicating and engaging with clients from diverse countries and cultures.It would be great if you also had :Masters or high degree is desirable.Proficiency in written and spoken European language e.g., French.Proven experience in new business development and involvement in corporate strategy initiatives.Experience in delivering multiple of the Clarivate EVA Consulting key deliverables such as global value dossiers, value stories/packs, health technology assessments (HTAs), systematic review, clinical outcomes assessment (COA), and interactive/digital value argument presentations including budget impact models.Excellent understanding of the biotech/ MedTech industry.Proven experience working in the LATAM/APAC region working in the pharma and government sector.About the TeamClarivate Consulting Services provides advisory and management consulting services to industry leading and emerging pharmaceutical, biotechnology and MedTech companies.
