Reporting to nCino’s Manager of Global Real Estate and Security Operations, the Office Security & Operations Specialist will implement and operate physical security measures that keep our campus, employees, guests, and property safe and secure. As the first person a guest may interact with, we need a security and operations specialist who will represent nCino core values as a professional with a positive attitude and ensure success through careful analysis, oversight and effective communication with a focus on security and operations. Job Description Essential Functions:Physical SecurityProvide day-to-day guidance for physical security and overall security best practicesMaintain and support enhancements to documented security physical program and protocolExecute procedures and processes to provide physical protection for personnel and company property, loss prevention and other related security risk programsContribute to the enhancement of strategies and procedures to secure nCino's entry and exit points, establishing guidelines and training programs for employeesMaintain and administer nCino's physical access systems and employee identification card system for staff and guests on- and off-boardingActivate and deactivate physical access and camera monitoring to sites or spaces in accordance with established guidelines and directivesMonitor entry/exit points, security alarms and systems, conducting physical inspections and walk-throughs according to protocols, screening guests and visitors, and performing regular maintenance checks on security systems to ensure its quality and efficiencyOversee outsourced protection agency contract output to ensure service level agreements are met Supports and conducts internal investigations in accordance with legal requirements and company policies; may do so in partnership with other internal stakeholdersCoordinates activities with local police and emergency agencies, as appropriateServe as a trusted advisor for physical security to leaders across the organizationFacilities and Office OperationsCollaborate with Global Facilities Management Lead to ensure functionality of headquarters campus buildings for employees and guestsOversee and coordinate response to office-related work requests at headquarters with vendor partnersUnderstand and utilize technology systems for guest and facilities management; may support training of internal users on guest and space management toolsOrder and manage inventory of office supplies efficientlyAdministrative and Special ProjectsCoordinate internal and external communicationsCollaborate with HR and other stakeholders to assist in onboarding and offboarding processesFoster a positive and productive work environment for all employeesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in partnership with stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to provide facilities and logistical support for internal nCino events.
