With efficiency, effectiveness, and agility as our North Star, we expertly coordinate people resources, build and refine processes, and leverage technology to successfully bring brand to demand programs to life.About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Marketing Operations leader to join our team.  The Director, APAC and Japan Marketing Operations will lead a team of project management and marketing automation experts in the region. As the leader, you’ll focus on building strong relationships with Marketing leaders in the region, developing an operations strategy that supports APAC and Japan business needs, building a culture of innovation, identifying and driving campaign and program execution process improvements, prioritizing work, and helping team members develop and grow in their career. Responsibilities:Manage a team of project managers and marketing automation specialists. Prioritize projects, monitor workload, remove roadblocks, and resolve complex issues.Develop a marketing operations and data strategy that maximizes team impact and aligns with the regional marketing strategy and priorities. Lead the creation of processes, frameworks, and working models that are flexible and scalable, and are appropriate for our teams and business in the region.Bring the outside in. Stay on top of marketing operations advances and build a culture of testing and innovation.Regularly meet with key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders. Understand their priorities and challenges and actively seek ways to support their overall success. Develop a deep understanding of the regional marketing business process. Seek ways to simplify, create efficiencies, and allow flexibility and agility.Represent the APAC and Japan operational point of view in global initiatives and projects and help implement in-region.Coach and guide team members as they develop and grow in their careers. About You12+ years in marketing with proven marketing operations leadership experience.Expert functional/technical understanding of and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.  Marketo experience desired. Highly proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Google docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).Proven ability to craft a marketing operations team vision and successfully execute on that vision. Outstanding relationship building and communications skills (written and verbal including executive-level presentation / story-telling).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while delivering expected results; graceful under pressure.Strong ability to analyze issues, solve multi-faceted problems, and improve processes.Passion for leading teams.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
